Maple Poppy Seed Dressing
- Strawberry Salad — spring mix with strawberries and almond. Great with an added protein as well.
- Salmon cooked in Maple Poppy — caramelize in the sauce until fish is cooked.
- Cole Slaw
Horseradish Dressing
- Baste vegetables before roasting. Great on Brussel sprouts and butternut squash.
- Dip for chicken tenders, steak tips.
- Sauce on a roast beef or turkey sandwich.
- Glaze for baked ham.
- Dressing on a salad — lettuce, veggies, feta and salmon or another protein.
Cinnamon Dressing
- Apple Salad — spring mix with diced apples and walnuts. Great with an added protein and cheese if desired.
- Drizzle over a baked sweet potato or yam (sweet potato pie hack).
- Cinnamon Waldorf — mix with apples, raisins and walnuts for a cold salad.
- Chicken salad — chopped chicken, celery, mayo (or Greek yogurt) with a HEAVY drizzle of cinnamon dressing.
Maple Bacon Dressing
- Grill, roast or fry chicken and drizzle with sauce immediately after cooking.
- Based on Vegetables before roasting. Great on Brussel sprouts and chunks of butternut squash.
- Use as a stir fry sauce with rice, sautéed veggies and smoked sausage.
- Dress a Cobb salad — lettuce, tom, cucumber, avocado, egg and cheese (add bacon bits for even more bacon flavor).
- Dip for chicken tenders, steak tips.
Maple Balsamic Dressing
- Nice on all your salad fixings.
- Mediterranean Salad: Orzo pasta (cooked), cucumber, tomato, sliced spinach, red onion-chill to allow flavors to blend.
- Use as a glaze for chicken.
- Use to glaze Caprese salad — alternating slices of tomato and fresh mozzarella cheese.
